GT35 Turbo Manifold Downpipe Kit

The CXRacing GT35 Turbo Manifold Downpipe Kit is engineered for 1998-2006 BMW 3 Series E46 models equipped with M52 and M54 engines, enabling a conversion from naturally aspirated to turbocharged performance (NA-T). This comprehensive hardware kit includes a GT35 dual ball bearing turbocharger with a T3 0.63 AR turbine housing, rated to support 300-500 HP. The top-mount manifold is constructed from stainless steel and features a 38mm wastegate dump tube. The kit also includes a stainless steel downpipe with a 2.5" connection to the turbo and an enlarged 3" V-band outlet, along with an 8 PSI wastegate and an oil line kit. Note that an intercooler kit is not included. Installation requires additional components such as an upgraded fuel system and a professional tune. However, it is crucial to note that this kit does NOT fit the M3 model. Furthermore, the product was developed based on US Left-Hand-Drive chassis; fitment for Right-Hand-Drive models may present issues due to potential steering shaft conflict, and modifications will be necessary, with no returns accepted for RHD fitment problems. This kit is intended for Off-Road or Track Use ONLY and is not suitable for street use. Comprehensive heat-wrapping of the manifold, downpipe, and surrounding wires is highly recommended due to the increased heat generated by the turbo application. Users will need to fabricate the remainder of the exhaust system after the downpipe.
