The SpeedForm Type-GT3 GT350 Style Hood offers an aggressive aesthetic upgrade for your 2015-2017 Mustang, capturing the distinctive lines of the Shelby GT350. Constructed from lightweight and durable fiberglass, this hood features a functional heat extractor vent with a mesh grille to allow hot air to escape the engine bay, aiding in temperature regulation. With a smooth gel coat finish on both the top and underside, this hood provides a solid foundation for custom painting, allowing for a personalized look. It is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, utilizing the factory latches and hinges for a straightforward installation process. The hood is shipped unpainted and will require professional prep, primer, and paint work. AmericanMuscle recommends professional installation for all body parts and advises test fitting the hood before painting. This hood is specifically designed to fit 2015-2017 Ford Mustang models, including GT, EcoBoost, and V6 variants.
