The Kong Performance 2020+ GT500 CNC Supercharger Porting service is engineered to significantly enhance airflow for your supercharger, based on years of specialized experience. This service utilizes a 5-axis CNC machine and advanced porting software for precise execution. This includes an optimized inlet that allows for unrestricted flow to accommodate up to a 108mm throttle body. Additionally, the discharge area is uniquely CNC ported for improved rotor discharge airflow, and the runners are CNC ported from top to bottom, incorporating unique velocity transitions. This porting service is credited with contributing to the quickest and fastest 2020 GT500 in the world, achieving an 8.8-second quarter-mile time at 158 mph. Kong Performance typically operates with a fast turn-around time of 3-5 business days to return your supercharger promptly. The process involves printing your receipt, carefully packaging the supercharger (ensuring padding on all sides, and no packing peanuts), and removing all sensors and gaskets before shipping via UPS, FedEx, or DHL to their Chester Heights, PA address.
