GTC-200 Adjustable Wing

The APR Performance GTC-200 Adjustable Wing is a high-performance aerodynamic component engineered to optimize the balance of performance vehicles, particularly for motorsport and track applications. This wing is considered mid-sized, offering a balance between downforce and drag suitable for track cars, time attack vehicles, and street-tuned cars seeking aerodynamic upgrades. Key technical features include a CFD-rendered airfoil profile designed for maximum airflow attachment and minimal flow separation, contributing to an impressive 11 to 1 downforce-to-drag ratio. The adjustable angle of attack, ranging from 0° to 15°, allows users to customize aerodynamic properties for specific track conditions and performance requirements. At higher angles, it increases downforce for better traction and cornering; at lower angles, it reduces drag for improved top speed. Construction involves a pre-impregnated woven carbon fiber sheet, ensuring lightweight performance, exceptional strength, and rigidity to prevent flexing at high speeds. The wing is mounted using adjustable risers crafted from high-strength 10mm aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum, providing flexibility in fine-tuning the wing's height and position. The wing has a span of 60.5 inches, a variable chord depth of 7.5"–9.5", and a variable height of 7" and up. Mounting is achieved using carbon fiber or aluminum bottom plates for custom or universal fitment, respectively. An optional Gurney Flap is available for increased downforce and reduced flow separation.
