The APR Performance GTC-200 Adjustable Wing is a high-performance aerodynamic component designed to optimize the aerodynamic balance of performance vehicles, primarily for motorsport and track applications. Engineered with a focus on high-efficiency downforce generation while minimizing drag, this wing is tailored for vehicles seeking improved cornering performance, enhanced braking stability, and better high-speed balance. The GTC-200 features a 60.5-inch span and a variable chord depth of 7.5 to 9.5 inches, with a minimum height of 7 inches. Its airfoil design is rendered through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to ensure balanced performance, improving rear-end stability without excessive drag penalties. The cambered design aids in creating an effective pressure differential, maximizing airflow attachment and minimizing flow separation. Users can precisely tune the wing's aerodynamic properties with its fully adjustable angle of attack, ranging from 0 to 15 degrees. This adjustability allows customization of downforce and drag for specific track conditions, vehicle dynamics, and performance requirements. The wing is optimized to achieve an 11:1 downforce-to-drag ratio, providing significant downforce for cornering and braking at higher angles, while minimizing drag for improved straight-line speed at lower angles. Construction involves pre-impregnated woven carbon fiber sheet for lightweight performance and exceptional strength, utilizing autoclave-curing in aluminum billet molds for optimal density and durability. Mounting is achieved via adjustable risers made from 10mm aircraft-grade 6061 billet aluminum. The GTC-200 offers both vehicle-specific and universal fitment options. A carbon fiber factory spoiler center cover is optional.
