GTS250 Turbocharger

The BNR GTS250 Turbocharger is presented as the ultimate turbo upgrade for Cruze, Sonic, and Trax models equipped with the GM LUV/LUJ engine. This unit builds upon the foundation of BNR's GTX14 and GTX250, incorporating the extended tip, billet CNC machined compressor wheel from the GTX250. This design enhances flow by over 10% compared to standard wheels of the same inlet diameter and offers superior durability due to its solid aluminum billet construction, mitigating the risks of air pockets found in cast wheels. This turbocharger is designed as a direct bolt-on for 2011-2016 Cruzes, 2012+ Sonics, 2016-2019 Vanderhall Laguna/Venice, and LUJ-equipped Trax and Encores. Crucially, it DOES NOT FIT the GEN 2 CRUZE (LE2) ENGINE. For optimal performance at higher than stock boost levels, larger fuel injectors are required; recommendations include 42lb injectors for 93 octane or 60lb injectors for E85. While the turbo itself is laser-balanced to 230,000 RPM, users may need upgraded valve springs for boost levels beyond 24 PSI. The kit includes the GTS250 turbocharger, a brand-new budget turbo core, the installed GTX250 extended tip billet compressor wheel, a larger turbine wheel, and gaskets. BNR offers a 12-month/unlimited mileage warranty against defects in parts or workmanship, requiring inspection by BNR or an approved facility for any warranty claims. Disassembly by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
