The Garrett GTX2867R Gen II Turbocharger is a performance-enhancing unit engineered for engines with a displacement of 1.4 to 2.5 liters, capable of supporting 275 to 550 horsepower. This turbocharger boasts advanced features such as a Gen II Aero forged milled compressor wheel and a high-flow compressor housing with an integrated speed sensor port. Its dual ceramic ball bearing cartridges ensure smooth operation and durability. Constructed with an Inconel turbine wheel, this turbocharger is built to withstand high exhaust gas temperatures. It features both water and oil cooling systems for superior thermal management, crucial for maintaining performance under demanding conditions. The unit is equipped with an internal wastegate for precise boost control, and it utilizes a T25 inlet with a 5-bolt outlet and a .86 A/R turbine housing. The compressor specifications include a 50.00mm inducer, 67.00mm exducer, a trim of 55, and an A/R of 0.60, while the turbine side features a 54.00mm inducer, 47.00mm exducer, a trim of 76, and an A/R of 0.86.
