The Garrett GTX3071R Super Core CHRA is a high-performance turbocharger designed to deliver significant power gains. It features a CNC milled compressor wheel with advanced blade geometry for enhanced pressure and flow capabilities, differentiating it from older GT3071R models. This unit utilizes a ceramic dual ball bearing system for durability and a high-flow compressor housing. Key specifications include a recommended displacement range of 1.8 to 3.0 liters and a performance rating of 340 to 560 horsepower. The compressor has an inlet of 54.1mm and an outlet of 71.4mm with a trim of 58 and a 0.60 A/R. The turbine measures 60.0mm in diameter with an 84 trim. This turbocharger is oil and water-cooled for optimal thermal management. It is important to note that the turbocharger is delivered without a turbine housing; an existing GT3071R housing can be used, or a new one must be ordered separately, which may also require a mounting kit.
