The Garrett GTX3582R Turbo Supercore is a genuine Garrett turbocharger, representing the standard version from the GTX-R listing. At its core, the GTX3582R features a dual ball bearing system, renowned for its durability and reduced friction, which is further enhanced by its oil and water-cooled bearing system. This setup contributes to greater reliability and sustained performance under demanding conditions. The turbocharger boasts a performance rating between 450 and 750 horsepower, making it suitable for a recommended engine displacement range of 2.0 to 4.5 liters. The compressor specifications include an inlet of 62.5mm, an outlet of 82.5mm, a trim of 58, and an A/R of 0.70, while the turbine features a diameter of 68.0mm with a trim of 84. It is important to note that this turbocharger is supplied as a supercore and does not include a turbine housing. Customers can utilize their existing GT3582R turbine housing or purchase a new one separately. If a new turbine housing is required, a corresponding mounting kit must also be ordered. Garrett offers a wide array of compatible turbine housings to suit various application needs.
