The Garrett GTX4508R Supercore is engineered for demanding applications, supporting engines with displacements from 2.0L to 8.0L and capable of producing 700 to 1250 horsepower. Its advanced design incorporates original GTX Series compressor wheel aerodynamics, utilizing forged and fully-machined billet aluminum for superior strength and performance. For enhanced durability and improved shaft balance, it is equipped with a dual ceramic ball bearing cartridge. The water-cooled CHRA actively minimizes housing temperatures, ensuring reliable operation under high stress. The turbine wheel is constructed from Inconel, a high-strength Super Alloy that withstands prolonged exposure to extreme exhaust gas temperatures. This supercore configuration comes without a turbine housing kit, which must be purchased separately. It includes a V-Band compressor outlet for easy integration.
