The Eagle Specialty Products CRS5700B3D2000 is a set of eight H-beam connecting rods engineered for demanding competition applications. Constructed from robust forged 4340 steel, these rods undergo a fully machined and shot-peened process to ensure exact sizing and superior surface integrity. This meticulous manufacturing ensures they can withstand the stresses of high-performance engines. Each rod is bushed and equipped with high-strength 7/16 in. ARP2000 cap screws, providing a secure and reliable connection. The rods measure 5.700 inches in length with a center bore to center bore measurement of 5.7 inches, making them suitable for Small Block Chevy engines. They are sold as a weight-matched set to maintain engine balance. Installation requires torqueing to 75 ft-lbs, using ARP moly lube exclusively. These connecting rods are recommended for competition use and have a wide range of vehicle applications, primarily for Chevrolet models including Camaro, Chevelle, Impala, Monte Carlo, Corvette, and various C/K/G/P/V/R series trucks and vans from 1967 through 2007.
