The Eagle Specialty Products H-Beam Connecting Rods are forged from SAE 4340 2-piece forgings for increased strength and fatigue life. These rods are designed for Ford FE applications and feature a 6.490" center-to-center length. Each set includes 8 connecting rods, 7/16" ARP 8740 cap screws, and is rated for 750 horsepower at 8,500 RPM.

The Eagle Specialty Products 4340 Forged H-Beam Connecting Rods are engineered for performance applications, specifically for Ford FE engines. The rod cap is forged separately to ensure the grain flow is perpendicular to the load force, significantly enhancing the rod's strength and fatigue life. These connecting rods feature a 6.490-inch center-to-center length. Each set of Eagle H-beam rods is Magnafluxed and shot-peened for optimal quality control and durability. They come standard with 7/16" ARP 8740 cap screws, featuring a 12-point head style with a yield strength of 160,000 psi. The specified torque for these fasteners is 63 ft/lbs. when using ARP moly lube exclusively. The housing bore is 2.590", the big end width is 0.872", and the pin bore diameter is 0.975" (bushed). These rods are rated for a typical horsepower of 750 at 8,500 RPM. This set includes 8 connecting rods. Eagle Specialty Products offers a Limited 1-Year Warranty covering material and workmanship. Recommended bearings are Clevite CEPCB760.
