H-Beam Connecting Rods

The Eagle Specialty Products CRS7100C3D H-beam connecting rods are engineered for enhanced engine performance and durability. Constructed from forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel, these rods provide superior strength while being significantly lighter than OEM components. Each rod is meticulously processed through multi-stage heat-treatment, x-ray, sonic testing, magnafluxing, and shot-peening to relieve internal stresses and ensure maximum reliability under high loads. These connecting rods feature precision cap alignment sleeves for accurate cap positioning and silicon bronze bushings suitable for floating wrist pin designs. They are available in a stroker configuration, allowing for increased cam-to-rod clearance essential for large stroke engine builds. The standard package includes 7/16" ARP 8740 rod bolts, rated for up to 750 horsepower, with options for ARP 2000 (1200 HP rating) or ARP L-19 (1500 HP rating) bolts available as upgrades. Each set comes complete with installation instructions and rod bolt lubrication. These rods are specifically designed to fit Big Block Chevy (BBC) engines and are also compatible with Mopar 426 Hemi and RB-series engines. They feature a 7.100" center-to-center length, a 2.200" rod journal size, and a 0.990" wrist pin size.
