Manley's H-Beam Connecting Rod Set is engineered for high-performance Ford 4.6L Modular and 5.0L Coyote V8 engines, offering exceptional quality at an economical price point. These rods are meticulously crafted from 4340 forgings, undergoing heat treatment, stress relieving, shot peening, and magnafluxing to ensure maximum durability and reliability. Each set is weight-matched to within 1.5 grams, and features ARP 8740 alloy 3/8" cap screws for secure fastening. These H-Beam rods are rated to handle up to 700 horsepower at 8000 RPM, making them a robust choice for demanding applications. The product specifications include a center-to-center length of 5.933 inches, a big end bore of 2.239 inches, and a pin bore of 0.8671 inches, designed for a 22mm pin. Manley also offers these rods with the option to upgrade to ARP 2000 bolts (MAN-42351) for even greater strength and performance. The manufacturer emphasizes exacting tolerances and attention to every detail, from the final hone size to thread and bend, ensuring precision and optimal performance on the track or street.
