Eagle ESP H-beam connecting rods are an upgrade for engine horsepower, made from 2-piece, forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel for strength and lighter weight than stock. Each rod undergoes multi-stage heat treatment, x-ray inspection, sonic testing, magnafluxing, 100% machining, and shot-peening. They feature precision cap alignment sleeves and silicon bronze bushings for floating pin models. Stroker models are available for increased cam-to-rod clearance. Standard 7/16" ARP 8740 rod bolts (190,000 psi, 750 HP) can be upgraded to 7/16" ARP 2000 (230,000 psi, 1200 HP) or 7/16" ARP L-19 (265,000 psi, 1500 HP). Sets include instructions and rod bolt lubrication.
