The PIAA H16 Plasma Ion Yellow Bulb is a twin pack of halogen bulbs designed to enhance visibility, especially in adverse weather conditions like rain, snow, and fog. Utilizing PIAA's Xtra Technology, these bulbs produce more light while maintaining the stock power draw. The key feature is their Plasma Ion coating, which transforms standard white light into a crisp yellow output with a 2500K color temperature. This yellow light significantly reduces reflective glare, making it easier to see in challenging driving environments. Constructed from the highest quality quartz glass and featuring an alloy filament, these bulbs are built for both superior performance and long-lasting durability. The Plasma Ion technology allows over 97% of the produced light to pass through, a substantial improvement over traditional dyed glass bulbs that may only allow 65%. It is important to verify vehicle fitment before purchasing, as this bulb is a true H16 type and can sometimes be confused with a 5202 bulb. PIAA offers a one-year warranty on these bulbs.
