H2/H2R 48mm Full Titanium Exhaust System with Carbon End Cap

The Vandemon KAWAH2TICSBREXHCF is a full titanium exhaust system meticulously crafted by Vandemon Performance, an Australian manufacturer known for high-end motorcycle exhausts. Designed specifically for the Kawasaki Ninja H2 and H2R models produced between 2015 and 2023, this system aims to unleash the full performance capabilities of these powerful machines. Built using the same titanium alloy as the limited-production H2R mufflers, this full exhaust system incorporates a larger 48mm header pipe to handle the extreme heat and over 300 horsepower output of the H2R. It features a header diameter of O/D 48mm, a muffler I/D of 70mm, a muffler length of 465mm, and a muffler inlet diameter of φ60mm. The total weight is an impressive 4.7kg, representing a significant 12.1kg reduction compared to the stock exhaust. A removable baffle is included, allowing for sound adjustment. With the baffle installed, the system produces 105db, while without it, it reaches 120db. However, the baffle must be removed for race or full-power applications. Titanium's inherent properties, such as being lightweight and corrosion-resistant, further enhance the power-to-weight ratio and durability. It dissipates heat twice as fast as stainless steel and resists high-temperature distortion and oxidation.
