This sensor features Hall Effect technology for precise sensing capabilities and a durable aluminum body with a threaded design for secure and stable mounting in demanding environments. This sensor is versatile and can be used as a Crankshaft Position Sensor, Camshaft Position Sensor, Wheel Speed Sensor, or Driveshaft Speed Sensor. It operates within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and supports operating voltages from 5 to 24 Volts, with protection against over and reverse voltage. Key specifications include an open collector output type with a digital signal, a maximum frequency of 10,000 Hz, and a nominal air gap of 1.5 mm. The sensor has an M12 x 1.0 thread pitch with a 45 mm thread length, a body length of 65.5 mm, and a body diameter of 12 mm. The recommended tooth size for optimal performance is a rectangle shape measuring at least 2.5 mm x 6.35 mm with a 5.0 mm tooth height. Maximum installation torque for the threads is 5.65 Nm (50 in/lbs). Wiring is straightforward with a color code: Brown for 5V/12V Power, Black for the Output Signal to the ECU, and Blue for Ground. This package includes the Threaded Body Hall Effect Sensor.
