The Archive Garage Hammer Hanger kit is a suspension upgrade designed to improve the ride quality and handling of your 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma. These hangers are constructed from 1/4-inch HSLA 50,000psi plate and are MIG welded for increased durability over stock components. They help reduce rear sway, increase rear suspension travel capacity, and are powder coated for protection.

The Archive Garage Hammer Hanger kit offers a significant upgrade for your 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma's rear suspension. Engineered from robust 1/4-inch HSLA 50,000psi plate, these laser-cut and CNC-bent hangers are fully MIG welded and powder coated, providing vastly increased durability compared to the stock, often flimsy, hangers that can contribute to rear-end jitters. Installation involves aligning with the leaf springs and typically requires drilling out factory rivets to 1/2-inch. The kit includes (1) right-hand and (1) left-hand hanger, along with M14 Class 10.9 shackle bolts and Grade 8 frame bolts. It comes standard with replacement 3.6-inch shackles. To optimize performance, especially with longer shocks, longer brake lines of approximately 24-26 inches are required (stock is 20 inches). A "High Clearance Cross Tube" is available separately and is not included with this kit. For those considering longer travel, up to 12 inches of typical increase and a maximum of 14 inches can be achieved.
