The Spelab Hard Folding Tonneau Cover is engineered for 1999-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with a 6.8 ft standard bed, offering robust protection for your cargo. Constructed from durable aluminum honeycomb panels, an aluminum alloy frame, and nylon-reinforced plastic, this cover is built for longevity and resilience against the elements. The cover is engineered to support up to 360 lbs of evenly distributed weight, providing substantial capability for various loads. Installation is designed to be quick and tool-free, utilizing included C-clamps and adhesive tapes, with many users reporting completion in as little as 10-30 minutes. This plug-and-play setup eliminates the need for drilling. The hard tri-fold design allows for full or partial access to the truck bed, offering versatility. Beyond cargo security, the cover's streamlined design can reduce aerodynamic drag, potentially leading to improved fuel efficiency on highways. The package includes the tonneau cover, installation manual, weather sealing strip, C-clamps, adhesive tapes, and adapter shims. It is compatible with most drop-in and spray-on bed liners and offers strong theft resistance when paired with a locking tailgate.
