It eliminates flex under heavy boost loads and is available in polished, wrinkle red, or black finishes.

The 2JR V1 MR16DDT Hard-Pipe Kit is engineered to replace the stock plastic intercooler pipes on your 2011-2014 Nissan Juke and RS models with V1 motors. This upgrade consists of mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for both the cold and hot sides of the intercooler, offering enhanced durability and an improved aesthetic over the original components. The larger piping size compared to the stock setup prevents distortion and eliminates flex, even under heavy boost conditions, ensuring consistent performance. The kit includes all necessary couplers and clamps for a secure fitment with an OEM intercooler. You can customize the look of your engine bay with available finishes including polished aluminum, wrinkle red, or wrinkle black powder coating. Please note that powder coating may extend delivery time by up to three weeks. Fitment is confirmed for all V1 Engine Jukes from 2011-2014, accommodating both All-Wheel Drive (AWD) and Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) configurations. This kit also fits all years of the Nismo RS model, as these vehicles continue to use the V1 motor beyond 2014.
