Overview

The Cobb Tuning Hard Pipe Kit is a direct replacement for the factory plastic tubing in your 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS. It features 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum piping designed to improve airflow to the engine.

This kit includes both the cold side and hot side pipes, creating a weld-free connection from the turbo outlet to the intercooler inlet and from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body. It utilizes 4-ply silicone couplers and T-bolt clamps for a secure fit and is compatible with OE and OE replacement intercooler cores.

The Cobb Tuning Hard Pipe Kit is engineered to enhance the airflow and performance of your 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS. By replacing the restrictive factory plastic tubing with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping, this kit facilitates a smoother and more direct path for air entering your engine. This comprehensive kit includes both the cold-side and hot-side intercooler pipes, ensuring a seamless, weld-free flow path from the turbo outlet all the way to the throttle body. For a secure and reliable installation, the kit comes with black 4-ply silicone hose couplings and heavy-duty T-bolt hose clamps.
