The Solera Smart Arm 12 Volt Power Awning is a programmable patio awning for RVs or trailers. It offers 12-volt power extend and retract operation via a nested arm controller or traditional switches. Optional features include awning rail lighting, activated from the Smart Arm’s nested controller, and multi-level wind sensing technology, which automatically retracts the awning in inclement weather. For safety and security, it includes a one-touch safety lock button and an infrared security system. Tall arm (69") assemblies require a 69" unobstructed area from the awning rail straight down and a minimum clearance of 2-1/2" between the awning rail and the top of the entry door.
