Description

The Metra Electronics AXADBXH-FD1 is a radio module interface harness designed for Ford vehicles from 2007 and up. This harness requires the use of AXADBX-1 or AXADBX-2 interface boxes, which are sold separately. It is used to retain factory functions lost during an aftermarket radio installation, such as accessory power, retained accessory power (R.A.P.), and SYNC.

This interface mimics data signals from the OEM radio to provide features like 12V accessory power (10A), navigation outputs (parking brake, reverse, speed sense), and retention of rear seat entertainment, satellite radio, the factory auxiliary input jack, and SYNC functionality.
