The Hawk Performance HB172E.595 is a set of front brake pads featuring the Blue 9012 compound. Designed as an entry-level endurance compound, these pads offer medium torque suitable for Road, Rally, and Circle Track racing. They are easier to bed in and provide excellent pad and rotor life.

Key characteristics of the Blue 9012 compound include medium friction, intermediate initial bite, and increased mid-mu characteristics. The operating temperature range is 250-1000°F, with an optimal temperature range of 350-800°F.
