The Hawk Performance HB766U.624 is a DTC-70 compound rear disc brake pad set designed for race use. These pads offer extremely high torque, a highly aggressive initial bite, superior release and control characteristics, and unbeatable pad and rotor wear. They are suitable for vehicles with high deceleration rates, with or without downforce, and can be used as a standalone solution or in a split friction setup with DTC-60 pads. They are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors and are designed for iron/metal rotors. The pads operate with high torque, a temperature range of 400-1600°F, and an optimal temperature range of 800-1200°F.
