The Hawk HB278F.465 Street Performance Pad utilizes the HPS compound, establishing itself as a global aftermarket standard for enhancing stopping power in street vehicles. These rear brake pads are engineered with a unique Ferro-Carbon composition, delivering a higher coefficient of friction compared to OEM pads. This translates to a significant increase in stopping power, ranging from 20-40%, while also providing superior resistance to brake fade under demanding conditions. Beyond their performance gains, the HPS pads are designed with rotor longevity in mind, offering gentle contact that extends both pad and rotor life.
