The Hawk Performance HB668E.567 brake pads are engineered with the Blue 9012 compound, specifically designed for enhanced performance on the street and in motorsports. These front brake pads are intended for use with Iron/Metal rotors and are not compatible with carbon ceramic rotors. The Blue 9012 compound provides an intermediate initial bite, ensuring a responsive initial pedal feel. It also offers increased mid-mu characteristics, delivering consistent and strong braking performance throughout the mid-range of friction. This makes them suitable for a variety of applications, from daily driving to demanding racing environments like road, rally, and circle track racing.
