Hayabusa Carbon Fiber Headlight Insert

The Montgomery Motorsports Hayabusa Headlight offers a high-performance replacement for the OEM insert on 2021 and newer Gen 3 Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycles. While the stock headlight assembly weighs 4.55 lbs, this carbon insert with the LED option weighs only 0.75 lbs, providing a total weight reduction of 3.8 lbs. This headlight insert features a new design that incorporates an adjustable beam, controlled by an adjuster screw located beneath the light. Please note that the adjustment range is limited to 15 degrees, and the beam pattern may vary based on your specific bike setup. For configurations including the optional LED unit, the headlight provides 3000 lumens of output with a power draw of 24W and a lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours. The LED module features a color temperature offering both 6500K white and 3000K amber yellow light, with an IP65 waterproof rating and a wide operating voltage range of DC 12V to 60V.
