The Dexter Hub/Drum, MPN 008-285-11, is designed for 8,000 lb E-Z Lube trailer axles using #42 spindles. It features a robust iron construction and is compatible with both electric and hydraulic drum brakes. The hub includes pre-pressed inner and outer races for convenient installation. The drum dimensions are 12-1/4 inches in diameter and 3-3/8 inches wide, designed to work with 12-1/4 inch brake assemblies. It has an 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern with 9/16 inch wheel studs and a 4-3/4 inch pilot hole diameter (new style). This E-Z Lube compatible design allows for easy bearing lubrication without disassembling the hub, by simply removing a rubber plug to access the zerk fitting on the spindle (grease cap and plug sold separately). Bearings, grease seals, grease caps, and lug nuts are not included and must be purchased separately. This product is made in the USA.
