HD Intercooler Upgrade Kit

The VRSF HD Intercooler Upgrade Kit offers a significant performance enhancement for your BMW's N20, N26, and N55 engines. This design dramatically increases surface area for superior heat absorption and dissipation, leading to cooler intake air temperatures. Available in two core sizes: the 5" Performance HD FMIC supports up to 600whp, while the 6.5" Competition HD FMIC is rated for up to 800whp. The core is also more durable, better able to withstand road debris. VRSF intercoolers are 87% larger than the OEM unit and feature CFD-optimized cast end tanks compatible with both OEM and aftermarket charge pipes. The kit includes everything needed for installation, which is estimated to take less than 1.5 hours. A thermal dispersant coating is applied for added durability and protection against the elements, and the intercooler comes with a lifetime warranty. This intercooler fits a wide range of BMW models, including the F30/F31/F36 3 Series (320i/xi, 328i/xi, 335i/xi), F32/F33 4 Series (428i/xi, 435i/xi), F22/F23 2 Series (228i/xi, M235i/xi), F20/F21 1 Series (various models including M135i), and the F87 M2. It is compatible with Left Hand Drive (LHD), Right Hand Drive (RHD), and all XI models. Please note that F23/F33 models are limited to the 5" Street version only.
