HD Overdrive 207mm OAD Supercharger Crank Pulley

The JHM HD Overdrive (207mm) OAD is a high-performance, lightweight supercharger crank pulley engineered to replace OEM PNs 06E 105 251 E and 06E 105 251 F. This pulley achieves a 3.27 Pulley Ratio and significantly increases the belt contact area, providing superior grip to prevent slippage, especially when compared to smaller supercharger pulleys. The JHM 207mm Overdrive Crank pulley is anodized black for a stealthy, factory appearance and offers a performance upgrade equivalent to a dual pulley setup without the need for an additional supercharger pulley. It weighs 5.26 pounds, a substantial reduction from the OEM pulley's 8.57 to 8.62 pounds. Installation requires the use of a 7PK1370 or 7PK1360 belt. During installation, ensure the offset bolt hole on the JHM pulley aligns with the crank's offset hole, and torque the supplied 8mm x 1.25 Allen bolts to 20 ft-lbs in a star pattern. Loctite is recommended. A modification is required: approximately 10mm must be cut from an engine nub to ensure proper belt clearance; vehicles with the CREC engine code do not require this modification.
