This Advanced Clutch kit features ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate and street disc. The pressure plates use an exclusive diaphragm design for increased clamp load, reduced deflection, and maximized clutch life. Diaphragms undergo a four-stage heat-treating process, and the pressure plates have precision cover stampings for rigidity. Performance Street discs use premium organic materials with high copper content for improved heat transfer and steel-backed lining for burst strength. Reduced marcel allows for faster shift action. The kit offers light to moderate pedal effort, smooth positive engagement, and OE to mild gear rattle. It provides longer friction life due to ACT's diaphragm design. The kit is engineered, assembled, balanced, and uses premium organic friction materials for heat tolerance. Recommended for street and race use, it is 100% clamp load tested and dynamically computer balanced for smooth high RPM reliability.
