The Sanden 91-4000X is a robust, OE-style air conditioning compressor engineered for demanding applications. This heavy-duty (HD) unit utilizes R134A refrigerant and is designed for serpentine belt drive systems. It features a high displacement of 155.00 cc and a 119mm rotor size with 8 grooves, ensuring efficient cooling. Key specifications include a 12V coil voltage, clockwise rotation, and a JD cylinder head with a V port angle. The compressor employs an ear-style mount with an 8-inch long ear and an 83.3mm ID. It requires 135 cc of PAG100 oil and is ready for R-134a systems, coming pre-filled with double end-capped PAG oil. This Sanden compressor is a popular aftermarket choice and is noted for its compatibility with aftermarket A/C setups requiring a serpentine belt. It serves as a direct replacement for Sanden and Kiki Diesel models. The compressor features male O-ring fittings that accept female O-ring hose connections.
