Description

This ACT kit features a Heavy Duty pressure plate with an exclusive diaphragm design for increased clamp load, reduced deflection, and maximum clutch life. Diaphragms undergo a four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. The 6-pad, spring-centered race disc (ceramic) dampens torsional vibrations, resists failure in harsh conditions, and offers faster shifting with harsher engagement. Spring retainers use wraparound spring windows and thicker stampings for support, reduced stress, and increased strength. Recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.
