The BM9-HDG6 kit features ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate, designed for increased clamp load, reduced deflection, and maximized clutch life through exclusive diaphragm design and a four-stage heat-treating process. Precision cover stampings ensure rigidity and consistency. The 6-pad, spring-centered race disc properly dampens torsional vibrations and resists failure, with wraparound spring windows and thicker retainers for strength. This disc offers harsher engagement but faster shifting and is recommended for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat.
