Doug's Shorty Headers are designed as a direct replacement for restrictive stock manifolds, aiming to improve exhaust flow and increase horsepower. They feature 3/8" thick machined flanges to prevent warping, CNC mandrel bent 16 gauge tubing for an accurate fit and improved flow. This specific header has 1 5/8" primary tubing diameter and a 2.5" collector port diameter with a round port shape. It comes with a Hi-Temp black coating, which provides corrosion and heat protection. The headers come with necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connector pipes, premium extra-thick gaskets (rated up to 1100 degrees F), and detailed installation instructions.
