This turbocharger includes an oil leakage test, temperature sensor, and speed sensor.

The Holset 3798316 RX is a remanufactured HE351VE turbocharger, originating from Cummins and remanufactured by HD Turbo. This unit has undergone rigorous quality control, including pressure washer and ultrasonic cleaning, media blasting, and core and parts blueprinting, followed by clean room assembly. It has passed an oil leakage test and includes both a temperature sensor and a speed sensor. The turbocharger is assembly balanced with a report included, and also high-speed VSR balanced, with a corresponding report provided. It is important to note that this model does NOT include a VGT Electronic Actuator. A $700.00 refundable core charge applies, with 30 days to return the rebuildable core which must include the speed and temperature sensors. HD Turbo offers a 12-month, unlimited mileage warranty on this product. Shipping is via FedEx ground or overnight to the continental 48 states, with options for expedited service or local pickup in Elk Grove Village, IL. Returns are accepted for unused, uninstalled items within 30 days, with the buyer responsible for return shipping.
