The ARP Head Stud Kit (203-4202) is designed to provide a significant upgrade for Toyota 7MGTE and 7MGE engines. ARP utilizes premium grade 8740 alloy, heat-treated to an impressive 200,000 PSI, ensuring exceptional strength and heat penetration for superior performance. Each stud undergoes a centerless grinding process to achieve near-perfect concentricity, resulting in an exceptionally straight component. Furthermore, ARP employs a thread-rolling process after heat treatment, which enhances fatigue strength by about 1000% over traditional methods where threads are cut before heat treatment. This meticulous manufacturing process guarantees a more robust and reliable fastener. This kit includes ARP head studs, parallel ground washers, 8740 chromoly steel 12pt nuts, and a 0.5 oz. pack of ARP Ultra-Torque fastener assembly lubricant to aid in installation.
