The Hedman Hedders 27640 is a set of header flange gaskets designed for Ford 4.6L (3V) and 5.4L (3V) V8 engines. These gaskets feature a D-port shape and are constructed with a composite steel shim for durability. They are made in the USA and sold in pairs, serving as direct replacements for those supplied with new Hedman Hedders.

Each gasket measures 0.0625 inches thick and is precision-cut to ensure proper flange alignment and fitment. This ensures a reliable seal to prevent exhaust leaks and maintain optimal engine performance. Installation hardware is not included with these gaskets.
