Overview

The Sanderson Headers CSLS1 is a header set designed for GM LS engine swaps. It fits 1982-up S-10 trucks and Blazers, 1955-57 Chevy cars, and 1964-up Chevelle and El Camino applications. The headers feature 1½” primary tubes and 2½” collectors, with 16-gauge tubing and a 3/8″ thick flange. The patented flange design requires no gaskets.

The Sanderson Headers CSLS1 is a conversion header set engineered for GM LS V8 engine swaps. This header set is designed to fit specific applications including two-wheel drive (2WD) Chevrolet S-10 trucks and Blazers (including GMC S-15 models) from 1982 onwards. It is also compatible with LS swaps into 1955-57 Chevy cars and 1964-1977 Chevelle and El Camino models. Constructed with 1½” primary tubes and 2½” collectors, the CSLS1 headers are made from 16-gauge tubing for durability. A standout feature is the patented flange design, which eliminates the need for gaskets and ensures a leak-free seal, fitting cleanly between the engine and frame rails. These headers are proudly made in the USA and are available with an optional aluminized ceramic coating for enhanced thermal control and longevity. Installation hardware, including a header bolt set and collector reducer set, is included. The headers are not emissions legal for pollution-controlled vehicles, and purchasers are responsible for verifying local regulations. Wrapping the headers with thermal tape will void the limited 5-year warranty.
