This meticulously designed exhaust system enhances bottom-end performance beyond the original system, offering riders the most power available in the industry. It is crafted with laser-cut heat shields that come pre-installed to streamline installation and ensure rider comfort by directing heat away from legs. Designed for compatibility with select 2009-Later Harley-Davidson Touring models, the Slimline Duals header features integrated 12mm and 18mm O2 ports. These ports are strategically placed for optimal dyno tuning and accurate measurement of exhaust gas concentration, contributing to efficient engine performance. The system includes performance catalyst baffles, intended to maximize power output when paired with Rinehart 4" and 4.5" slip-on mufflers. Fitments for Trikes include the 17-Later Triglide, Freewheeler, and the 2023-Later Road Glide 3, with conversion kits included for Trike applications. A crucial disclaimer notes that this system is catalyst-equipped and designed to be 49-state emissions compliant. It will not adversely affect emissions per the Clean Air Act, but it is not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle.
