The Ashcroft 1009 Duralife pressure gauge is a robust, all-welded stainless steel instrument built to endure demanding industrial settings. Its ASME B40.100 Grade 1A compliance and PowerFlex™ movement offer exceptional resistance to shock, vibration, and pulsation, ensuring extended product life and minimized maintenance. This gauge is available in 2-1/2″ and 3-1/2″ dial sizes, making it ideal for panel and equipment mounting. It offers a wide selection of pressure connections, including 1/4 NPT Male and 1/8 NPT Male, with various connection locations such as lower, lower back, top, 3 o’clock, and 9 o’clock. Material options for the process connection include Aluminum bronze (AW) and 316L Stainless steel (SW). The 1009 Duralife gauge can measure a broad range of pressures, from vacuum and compound up to 15,000 psi. It features a durable polycarbonate window and a 304 stainless steel case with a removable ring. For dampening, options include liquid fill or PLUS!™ Performance. Additionally, it offers weather protection up to IP65 (Plug closed) and NEMA 4 (Plug closed), and is NSF-61 compliant when using 316L Stainless steel wetted parts.
