Every long tube exhaust header system is hand built with CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestrictive exhaust flow and maximum performance, 3/8" laser cut flanges, patented scavenging collector design and gasket less ball and socket connectors for easy installation. Every exhaust header has been designed specifically for your application to get the most horsepower and torque out of the engine. BBK long tube exhaust headers outperform the competition in quality value and performance. All headers are a direct fit bolt on replacement when used with the correct matching mid-pipes which are available with high flow catalytic converters. MIA's Description

These BBK Performance full length headers are designed to extract maximum performance from your 1996-1998 Mustang Cobra. They are designed to increase exhaust flow, providing additional horsepower and torque, and give your Mustang a throaty exhaust note. The headers feature a durable polished silver ceramic coated finish which helps reduce under hood temperatures and increase power. They are made from 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted and balanced airflow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak-free performance. The front M20 x 1.5 and rear M22 x 1.5 ports fit directly into the stock EGR system. Installation requires the use of a BBK Performance short mid pipe and O2 wire harness extensions (Part #1676, not included). Gaskets and hardware are included. Fits manual transmissions only. This part is NOT C.A.R.B Approved and cannot be installed for use on any emission controlled vehicle in California.
