They feature large mandrel-bent stainless steel primary tubes, oversized exhaust ports, extra thick 3/8-inch one-piece flanges, and proprietary JBA Firecone® merged collectors for smooth flow. Each system is designed for maximum ground clearance to prevent dragging on lowered vehicles. The 304 Series Stainless Steel headers are built for durability in harsh environments, featuring 304 flanges, longer, smoother 304 merged collectors, and 304 primary tubing with an extended concave Firecone design for optimal flow. Available in natural or hand-polished mirror finish, each system includes high-quality hardware and detailed instructions for a professional, no-leak installation.
