Description

The CTS Turbo heat exchanger is a front-mount upgrade designed for the BMW S55 platform. This unit offers a significant improvement in heat dispersion over the factory heat exchanger, which is often small and not very efficient, especially for tuned engines. Constructed with a high-efficiency double-pass aluminum core, this heat exchanger features CNC machined mounting points and hose connections for a factory-like fitment. It is engineered as a drop-in design, meaning no cutting or custom work is required for installation. The unit is hand-welded and pressure tested to ensure durability and performance. This heat exchanger is compatible with F80 BMW M3 (2014-2021), F82/F83 BMW M4 (2015-2021), and F87 BMW M2 Competition/CS (2018-2021) models equipped with the S55 engine.
