Heat Shield with Aluminized Reflective Material

Constructed with an aluminized heat reflective material and a hi-temp rated glass fiber insulation barrier, this shield is capable of reflecting up to 2000°F of radiant heat and withstanding 500°F of direct heat. The Versa Shield measures 7 inches wide by 24 inches long and features a hook and loop edge closure for easy installation. In most cases, the starter does not need to be removed for installation. This shield is also versatile and can be used to protect other components such as master cylinders, cool cans, distributors, and fuel pumps. Its universal design allows you to trim the length to size for a custom fit.
