The Pusher Heater Grid Delete is a precision CNC-machined plenum cover designed for Cummins 6.7 liter turbo diesel engines in 2007.5-2024 Dodge Ram pickup trucks. It is available in bright silver or titanium anodized finishes.

This component replaces the restrictive factory heater grid, featuring a 120% larger inlet and a fully pocketed underside to enhance airflow to all cylinders. It is available in a durable bright silver or titanium anodized finish, ensuring long-lasting appeal. This kit provides everything needed to replace the restrictive factory heater grid. Users can expect a significant gain in throttle response, faster turbo spool, a potential 0.25-0.5 MPG increase, and a 50-100 degree Fahrenheit drop in Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs). This product is intended for vehicles with emissions equipment removed and is not compatible with factory emissions systems. It is also not a direct fit for cab and chassis (4500 or 5500) trucks. For 4500/5500 models, an intake manifold for a 2500/3500 is required, along with extending the MAP sensor harness pigtail and sourcing an M14-1.5x10mm bolt to plug the intake temperature sensor hole. Returns will not be accepted for products purchased and attempted to be installed on incompatible configurations.
