Description
This heating cable can be used on holding tanks, water supply lines, drain pipes, and metal or plastic pipes up to 3 inches in diameter. It can also be used for roof and gutter de-icing, and in pipes located in unheated attics, garages, and basements. The self-regulating design prevents overheating by automatically adjusting heat output.
Constructed with a waterproof polyolefin outer jacket, this cable is durable for outdoor use. It includes a lighted plug to indicate power connection. Pipe insulation can be used in conjunction with the heat cable for extreme temperatures. The product comes with a limited 1-year warranty.
