The Screamin' Eagle Heavy Breather Extreme Air Cleaner is engineered for maximum performance, delivering 20% more airflow than the stock air box. This race-inspired design features a black finish and utilizes a ram-air effect at speeds over 60 mph. The all-new filter design captures air from the extreme front of the cleaner, guiding it through the elbow and directly into the throttle body for optimal engine breathing. This air cleaner is designed to support engines producing over 150hp, offering a significant increase in mid-range torque compared to other designs. It is equipped with a water-resistant K&N oiled-cotton filter that is washable and rechargeable. The package includes a standard rain sock for added protection against water, dust, and debris. Specifically engineered for the massive Screamin’ Eagle 68mm throttle body found on Stage IV products, it is also compatible with the factory 58mm throttle body. However, all models require ECM calibration with the Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner for proper installation and operation. This air cleaner is 49-State U.S. EPA compliant. Fitment includes '23-later Center Cooled Touring models, ’25-later Softail models (except FXLRST), and '26-later Trike models. It does not fit models with lower fairings. For California models '26-earlier, specific part numbers 29400518B or 29400519B are required. The Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner is sold separately.
